At just over 160,000 SF of GLA, Audubon Square is one of our largest retail developments. A proven, long time success story in the area, the center is anchored by Giant Supermarkets. Other notable tenants include: Wawa, Qdoba, Bertucci’s, Panera, Starbucks, Rite Aid, Applebees, and many more. Audubon Square benefits greatly from it’s superb location at the bustling intersection of Trooper and Egypt Roads in Eagleville, Pa. Trooper Road alone sees an average daily traffic count of over 27,000 cars. The center’s newest addition, Chickie’s and Pete’s Sports Bar, will be opening October 2011 and is sure to draw even larger crowds to the center.
Newest Project Developments: An addition is planned for the immediate future on Trooper Road next to Qdoba. A conceptual drawing has been completed showing two pad sites with a third strip of inline space directly behind the pads. This would add over 20,000 SF of retail space to the current center and provide even more retail shopping choices for the residents of Audubon, Trooper, Jeffersonville, West Norriton, Eagleville, and Norristown as well as other surrounding areas. There is great interest on the pad sites already and we hope to have news on new leases there shortly. |
