Oaks Shopping Center is Audubon Land’s newest project, now in the pre-leasing/development stage and set to open in early 2013. Located directly off the East and Westbound Oaks exits of 422, the center will consist of several outparcel lots and a much needed gas/convenience pad for commuters of the highway and local roads. Wawa and Wendy’s have both signed on to long term leases in the center and kicked off a flurry of activity thus far. Several financial institutions have shown great interest in locating a new branch on the bank pad and a sit down casual restaurant will be the final piece for the development. Along with the outparcels, Oaks Shopping Center will also offer consumers over 44,000 SF of inline retail space for lease putting the GLA at just over 63,000 SF. With the outstanding traffic counts on both Egypt Rd. and 422, we believe Oaks Shopping Center will be a welcomed edition to the community and a resounding success for everyone involved. |
