Audubon Square is expanding! Plans are currently underway to add two new pad sites and a new strip of stores to the already hugely successful neighborhood center in Lower Providence, Pa. The expansion will add an additional 28,000 square feet of retail space to the existing center on Trooper Rd. The site features an average daily traffic count of around 27,000 cars per day. Nearby retailers include: Giant, Walmart, Home Depot, and Marshalls as well as many sit down casual, quick serve, and fast food dining options. The site is also boasts a 123 suite hotel, the Homewood Suites - Valley Forge. We are currently in a pre-leasing stage of development for our latest project in Audubon.
